A single unit of 4 BHK, out of which 3 BHK is available for a stay either for a group of friends or family. Accommodating a maximum of 9 people in the three bedrooms that have double beds, hall and a kitchen, this property is located less than a kilometer from the centre of the village, 2 km from the mahabaleshwar temple, 1 kilometer from the entry and exit point of Gokarna. It is like the nerve centre of going anywhere in Gokarna where on exit take you to the centre of the village, and another exit connects you to the road that leads to Kudle and Om Beach, and yet another takes you to the entry/exit point to the village.
Well equipped with vessels and crockery, this location provides a good alternative of self cooking, even as you are very close to many restaurants.

  • Please note that our homestays are restricted to mixed or female only groups.
  • Please also note that one of the rooms within the building is not on offer as part of the homestay. It is actually a 4 BHK out of which 3 BHK is on offer

2. Five (5) days and less in advance of the date of arrival, no show and cut short stays: 100% of the total reservation amount is deductible, and there will be no refund whatsoever under any circumstances

  • Transfer / swap of bookings between properties is not possible under any circumstances.
  • Date swaps are entirely based on availability, and on payment of ₹590 as rescheduling fee, in addition to payment of the upward tariff difference, if any.
  • Verbal communications are not valid. Exceptions, if any, should be in writing only.
  • Bookings made are entirely your responsibility and cannot be changed under any circumstances.
  • Extra person not included in the original booking might not be able to be accommodated upon check-in.
  • Extra person will be provided with a mattress on the floor, with bed & bath linen.
  • Only in case of a government declared natural calamity, you can reschedule a booking free of charge in the next 75 days. In case of any price difference for the rescheduled date, the guest agrees to pay the difference.
  • The property has terrain gradients that need to be taken into consideration before making a booking. People with difficulties in specific walking and senior citizens need to make sure that they are able to handle the natural terrain gradients of the property.   • There is no dedicated parking to the property, and the cards will have to be parked roadside
