While all accommodations belong to the same “Room Type” category of “1 Bedroom, Hall and Kitchen with an ensuite toilet”, each of the accommodations are built differently. So here is a set of individual pictures of each of the accommodations. However, please note that the allocations of the units to every booking is automatic and unchangeable.
Things to know before booking your stay with us
Our rates are dynamic and change based on demand, number of rooms available, season, peak dates and such like. So the rates that one guest gets might be very different to another who books a room of the same category.

- Located adjacent to the road on top of the hill at Banglegudda (translating to bungalow on top of the hill), Moksha Gokarna, is centrally located. It is just 1 kilometer from the entrance of the town, and yet, is 1 kilometer to the centre of town. While the property in itself accessible, the rooms are located on higher floors (1st and 2nd floors) that can be accessed only by steps. It's therefore important to note that due to this setup, it may present challenges for guests with mobility impairments.
- We do not have airconditioned rooms. Rooms and veranda are cooled with ceiling fans. We have also chosen not to have televisions to distract from the experience.
- While we do not have a designated parking space, there is an empty lot across from the property that may be used for parking. However, we advise against leaving any valuables in your car.
- The maximum occupancy for each room is 2 guests + 1 additional guest at an extra cost. Under no circumstances can we exceed the stated room type occupancy plus one guest.
- We are happy to arrange early check-ins, but please note that this is contingent upon availability and must be pre-arranged with management.
- Smoking is not allowed in the rooms or verandah.
- Hotel quiet hours are from 11:00 pm - 7:00 am daily. Any activity during those hours should be such that it does not disturb the other guests in the property.
- We are unfortunately unable to allow pets on the property to protect guests with possible allergies.
- Late checkouts are chargeable @50% of the day tariff, and extendable upto 7:30pm. However, this is strictly upon availability only, and must be pre-arranged with the management.
